There is no login on DPub. You simply connect your wallet. No usernames, no passwords, simply connect wallet.

To purchase an NFT, or to join Creator Studio, users must connect their wallet.

Is Connect Wallet safe?

When you connect your wallet, you are proving that you own a specific account on Hedera. Your Account ID is passed to DPub for authentication. For any DApp like DPub, to transact or use any hbar from your wallet, you have to explicitly approve each transaction.

DPub is only able to get publicly available information (on Hedera) from your wallet address including:

  • Token balances (including hbar)

  • NFT Tokens

  • Any other publicly associated item on Hedera

Currently, we support the Hashpack wallet for login. If you don't have a Hashpack wallet, please download the chrome extension at:

There are three methods to connect your wallet

  1. Chrome extension (Desktop)

  2. Pairing string (Mobile)

  3. QR Code (Desktop using Mobile device to scan)

To connect your wallet and login, go to https://dpub.xyz and click the "Connect Wallet" button in upper right.

On mobile, click the 3 vertical lines (or hamburger menu) and press "Connect Wallet."

On Desktop, you will see the following options. On mobile, only "Connect using pairing string" will be available.

"Connect" using Chrome Extension

If you have the Hashpack Chrome Extension installed on your Desktop, you can use the Chrome Extension to connect.

  1. Open your chrome extension and log in.

  2. On DPub, click the "Connect" button

  4. If successful, the popup on DPub will disappear and you will see your account in the upper right-hand corner

  5. If it doesn't work, do the method again (sometimes it takes a few times)

Using Pairing String on Mobile

To pair using mobile, you must have Hashpack installed on your mobile device. To do this, follow these instructions.

After installing Hashpack, simply copy the Pairing String (press copy pairing string) from the popup in DPub.

In the mobile app (PWA), click the World icon on the top menu

Paste the code in the pairing string box

Select the account you wish to connect to DPub and click approve.

QR Code

Using the QR Code is a fast way to connect to DPub.

To scan the QR Code, open up Hashpack app on your mobile phone.

Click the world icon on top menu

Press "Scan QR Code" and allow the app to have camera access.

Point the camera at the QR Code on your screen. A code will appear in Scanned Data.

Click Select

Select the account you wish to connect to DPub and click Approve
